In my opinion, this really shows how important our lesson is in real life. This shows how to apply the learned lesson and benefit from it. Also, this shows that some people who do not understand or know how to do math will simply shrug and not care.

I think the comic shows us how people don't understand algebra, even if they use it everyday without knowing it.

For me, algebra could be misinterpreted as something that can solve anything literally.

For me, this comic shows how our lesson is being used and applied in real life. The problems we are given in class could also be seen in real scenarios. The two men didn't know how to solve the algebra problem or they were too lazy to actually try so they tried to ask someone else to solve it for them.

I believe that when solving a certain difficult problem, the tendency for us to ask help from someone is something understandable. It is good, in a way, that we learn from each other. However, in given aspects, or through this comic, we are able to see that we learn from other people's mistakes and we get to realize that maybe the helper may have his or her own misconceptions

Algebra is hard. We study it for a reason and it may help us in life. Yes, we can ask help from others like our parents but we shouldn't interpret it in a different way.

We use algebra in our everyday life, we just don't notice it.

For us, algebra becomes normal in our daily lives, we are just unaware of it.
It means we basically need to know our math lessons despite how it may not seem to be applicable to real life, since there are even the rare cases in which we can only solve it by what we know.

This shows that studying algebra is important, this is because as seen from the cartoon itself, misinterpreting the said problem can cause confusion. Thus, learning algebra can play a huge role in our lives. Also, that the cartoon shows how we should apply algebra in our lives.

Algebra often has its occurrences in our lives. Maybe if the cashier had no choice in giving the simple amount of change by just giving in 50 cents or $1, there may come a time where he'd have to do this undergoing the process suggested by the math problem. It would be very helpful when life gives us problems such as these. Math is very important in all our lives so we must understand it well

Math is more relevant to our lives than we think.

The comic strip makes us aware on how important our lesson is in real life. Algebra is used widely in many fields and is considered to be the Math of Life. Most of us who use algebra every day don't even realize that we are already applying our lessons in math. Hopefully all of us can see the importance and the role of algebra in our future.

This for me shows how algebra has many applications in our lives. It also shows how the misinterpretation and lack of knowledge about algebra affect other people and how it can cause confusion. This comic has also shown me the importance of Math in our daily lives and not to take it for granted.
